Jennifer Learmonth (Link Worker)

Jen has been working with us as a Community Link Worker since September 2021 and is proving a vital addition to our team. She helps our patients access various support across the city and can help with financial and housing issues, as well as accessing support for some mental health issues. If your see one of our GPs, ANPs, or nurses they may suggest a referral to Jen. She works with us on a Monday and Tuesday.
