Phonelines are particularly busy when the lines open at 8am. If your problem is not urgent please try and call later in the morning. We offer a combination of pre-bookable and on the day appointments and our receptionists will try to offer you an appointment at a convenient date.
We are a training practice and you will be informed if a medical or nursing student will be sat in the appointment. If you would prefer to not have a student in the appointment please inform the reception staff and they will offer you another clinician.
